Delivery Times
While certain products are in stock, the majority of products we sell are 'Made to Order'
The delivery lead time from placing your order is approx 7-10 working days for UK Customers and 14 working days for International Customers. This may be longer during busier times of the year and if your order is delayed, we will notify you straight away.
All orders are shipped using either Royal Mail or EVRI Couriers and you will receive an email notification and tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Any orders received which have been damaged in transit, must be reported to us by email within 24 hours of receiving your order. You will be asked to submit photos so that we can ascertain the problem and then advise you on what we will do our end to put things right for you.
International Import Duty
WE DO NOT PRE-PAY ANY IMPORT DUTY OR TAX AND THEREFORE YOU MAY BE CHARGED BY YOUR COUNTRY'S CUSTOMS DEPARTMENT. PLEASE SEE OUR SHIPPING PAGE FOR MORE INFORMATION.

In most cases, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country.
You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers).
Kinetic Dancewear has no control over these charges and we can't tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
Orders Returned to Sender
Please note, any orders returned to us because they have not been collected by the recipient, or have failed to be delivered by the postal operator due to an incorrect address supplied to us can be resent but will incur a new postage charge.
PLEASE NOTE: A restock fee / admin fee of £15 will be charged to any orders returned to us due to the above reasons.
We will not refund the shipping if an order is returned to to us due to these reasons.
We can not take responsibility for orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer errors. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all their details are correct before submitting the order.
Should an order be returned to us due to the reasons given above, we would of course email you to confirm if you still want the order and we will then send you a further postage invoice, to be paid before we resend the order.
Should an order be lost due to the incorrect postal address given on the order we are unfortunately unable to refund the customer as it is the responsibility of the customer to give the correct postal address.
